Access is limited to invited Google accounts.
Each site runs on its own schedule, from five seconds upward. A failed request is retried before anything is called an outage, so one dropped packet does not wake anybody.
An email when a site goes down, another when it recovers, and a warning two weeks before an HTTPS certificate expires.
Thirty days of every check are kept on the server — uptime, response time, and the exact minute anything changed.
